Q:
What form of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also send a money order (made payable to Urban Skiwear).
Q:
If I place my order today, when will it ship?
A:
Your order will typically ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment, unless the items requested are on "backorder" status. If the item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly.
Q:
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
A:
It's perfectly safe. Once you enter your payment information into your computer and click the "submit" button, your computer scrambles (encrypts) the information before it sends the data.
Q:
What is your return policy?
A:
Your order may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt. You will be given a complete refund for the articles you return if the items are damaged or defective at the time of receipt and we will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund. If an item is undamaged or non-defective the products returned must be in their original box and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage or freight. Please return all items to the address on the Contact Us page
